What can our team use it for?
Find an internal procedure, work through a local question, or prepare a team brief. Your persona draws on approved company documents, regional sources, and saved memories to answer in the context of your team’s work.
What does hyper-local mean here?
It means working with sources for the places your team serves, down to the city or county. Your persona can use available local guidance alongside state rules and company procedures. We confirm regional source coverage during setup.
How do we manage company knowledge?
Your team manages it in the portal. Managers upload documents, approve what the persona can use, and enable company knowledge for answers. They can update or remove material as your procedures change; teammates can see the shared knowledge available to them.
What does the persona remember?
Useful context your team chooses to keep, such as a recurring deadline or a preferred way of working. A Manager reviews each proposal and its source before it becomes shared memory. Saved memories stay within your workspace and persona.
How does it handle regulations?
Your persona helps find relevant rules, explain source material, and distinguish official guidance from your company’s procedures. It uses reviewed sources for the relevant location, so your team can check the underlying material. Legal interpretation and professional decisions remain with qualified people.
Does it connect to our MLS or CRM?
MLS and CRM connections are planned, and development is underway. They aren’t included in current pilot access. Today, your team can work with company documents, local reference knowledge, and reviewed memories in the portal.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
Your data is hosted and processed within our controlled US hosting environment. Documents, conversations, and saved memories are never used to train or fine-tune models. Company knowledge stays separate from other companies, and your Manager controls team access. Sensitive data is encrypted in storage and in transit; operational access is restricted to authorized personnel.
What is included, and when can we start?
The Team subscription includes five seats, with more available as needed. GrimAI prepares your company’s persona, workspace, and regional reference knowledge. After payment and setup checks, your Manager receives a sign-in invitation. We confirm timing during onboarding; your team manages its own knowledge, access, and memories.
